Price Chopper App Reviews

Although not the closest market to me, Price Chopper was one of the first stores to offer a useful app, and the upgrades have continued to be stable and useful My only complaint/suggestion would be to add the ability to print my grocery list and saved coupons. Otherwise, I end up in the store partway through my shopping and Ive lost power, cant access the server, etc. Thanks!

Needs a redesign, ipad & apple watch app, iphone wallet function for advantedge & update to iphone 6 & 6 plus resolutions. All in all, a 2010 app, in essence. 1/5⭐️

Price Chopper is were I do 99% of my grocery shopping and on Sundays I like to make out my list for the week. Unfortunately, so often the flyer isnt available on the app and for some reason frustrates me more than it should. I do like the coupon section and the recipes, but please fix this so the flyer is always available every week.

AdvantEdge Barcode no longer appears in card image on Profile page (only card numbers). Useless at register or gas stations to redeem gas discount! iOS 10.0.1 6s+

Dont bother with this app. Its awful. Can access the sales flyer half the time. Locks up or randomly logs you out. Coupons not easily searchable and you cant scan products for coupons on sale info.

App still not showing current flyer from iPhone. I have to go to website or use my iPad, and I dont usually have that while shopping.

Does not have the Market 32 location in my area. Also cannot update profile with my new card number (I had a courtesy card from many years ago but could not locate the physical card but had it on my profile on the phone. I signed up for a new card when Market 32 opened and cant update my profile). Hope you have an update soon so we can make changes to the profile.

Half the options in the app do not work.

Compared to any other grocery store app this is sad. I cant set my home store because of a formatting issue- the hours are covering the set as my store button. So I cant see the flier. So fraud rating. Fix it!

terrible even with the update. Update didnt address any of the issues. The current flyer is never available. The app keeps logging me out. I have to use a physical advantage card at the register instead of the app. Price Chopper just doesnt care. They have absolutely no interest in addressing the problems their customers have with the app.

Deleted the app before I could even get it setup. I would not do business with this company again to save my life. Why is the concept of great customer service so hard to deliver?

This app is just terrible. Crashes, not user friendly, I have lost orders more than once. I have nothing positive to say about this app.

Good app. Easy to use. Makes using coupons easy. No remembering to print them out and bring them. Just saved to your advantage card.

A quality app is vital in businesses now... That said, this app needs an update: Less Crashes, Subtotal list, Shops4U mobile/nonSale items search, Contact form, Aisle numbers, update My Stores information, Digital Advantage barcode, eCoupons/Passbook support.

App does not work on my ipad 3. Wont auto fit to screen, locks up screen, etc. I know its free but, why release it if it does not work? Let me know when it is fixed, I would love to use it. One star because it opens............but, cannot be used.

They finally added the ability to add the AdvantEdge card but they dont add it to Passbook? Worse they hide it under a button labeled "Profile". Hey PriceChopper, Passbook support for the AdvantEdge card and coupons is very simple and quick to implement and its ridiculous you dont have it already. Is your App developer one of your execs kids?

I want to keep using this because Price Chopper is my main store, but the app is virtually unusable. The list feature is completely unusable. If it doesnt crash on me, it loses my place and doesnt let me check off or delete items do that they stay checked off or deleted. The app has been wrong about what my store offers, though because it was on the app the store gave it to me, but not without conflict. Coupons arent accurate either--they usually dont even show up, but they do on a computer. About the only thing I can use this for is to view the store flyer and how many gas points I have. Totally frustrating app.

I use the app now to enter coupons which is helpful but Im still missing the search. The competition has it so Im using that one more because of the ease. Fix it please!

It can run slowly at times and it frequently crashes. But overall its a useful app.
